I agree that the beginning of the Evenflo commercial is funny – but then it becomes very un-funny as the Dad actually installs the seat WRONG. Not only does he forget the tether (which is the most important part of any forward-facing car seat) – but he also forgets to put his clearly VERY young child rear-facing. This child is clearly nowhere near 2 years of age – which is the new recommended minimum for going forward-facing from the American Academy of Pediatrics.
